Committees, Teams & Commission of the Union
There shall be several Standing and Ad hoc Committees, Teams, and Commissions below the National, Provincial and City/District Executive Committees. At the National level, all committees, teams, and commissions shall be appointed by the National President, at the Provincial level, all committees, teams, and commissions shall be appointed by the Provincial Coordinator, and at the City/District level, all committees, teams, and commissions shall be appointed by the City/District Presidents with the Consent of their respective Executive Committees with a unique mandate or term of reference (TOR) as provided for by the constitution, and as the need may arise; however, Provincial committees shall not be subject to approval by the Council of Coordinators, but rather the National Executive Committee. City/District committees shall be subject to the PEC consent. Subject to the Constitution, the Composition of each committee shall not be less than five (5) persons and not more than eleven (11) persons; however, all Committees shall have odd number representation. There shall be a Grievance and Ethic Committee. The Grievance and Ethic Committee shall be a sub-division of the Judicial Board. Notwithstanding the Grievance and Ethic Committee shall only operate at the Provincial level. There shall be no Grievance and Ethic Committee at the City/District level of the Union.
